I love all kinds of sessions, but cake smashes are definitely at the top of the list! Sweet babies getting to have that delicious, sugary cake for the first time! The parents are sometime more excited than their babies! I love it!! It’s the best when they get super messy! Literally I think sometimes they will get sick from all the cake. It’s hilarious! But first we take family portraits and photos of the birthday boy or girl alone. Then it’s cake time!!

Saylor’s mom did such an amazing job bringing the perfect props for her session! They were also for her birthday party decorations! Genius idea! I loved all the girly touches! ALMOST as much as Saylor loved her cake!! Ha!!
